Angler’s Banquet Menu

Angler’s Seafood Country Broil= $55 per person
You get to choose three from the following: Crawfish, Blue Crab, Snow Crab, Claws, or mussels. This option is served with Andouille Sausage, New Potatoes, and Corn on the Cob; As well as  your choice of either a flavored cobbler or a tray of assorted cheeses.

Angler’s Fish Fry=$45 per person
Fried Fish of your choice of: Cod, Catfish, or Grouper. Popcorn shrimp, oysters, and crab claws are included. Served with twice-baked potato salad, red beans and rice, green bean almondine and banana pudding for dessert.

Angler’s BBQ Cookout=$40 per person
Comes with BBQ chicken, Pulled Pork, and Brisket(Ribs are an additional $5 per person). Bacon-Macaroni and Cheese. BBQ baked beans, coleslaw, cut green beans, and bread pudding with rum sauce for dessert.

Full Salad Bar
Fresh salad blend with tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, bacon, red onions, and homemade croutons. Choose 3 dressings from: Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Italian, Honey Mustard, or Greek Feta.

Cold Pasta Salad
Tender tri-colored rotini mixed with bell peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, red onions, black olives,  and homemade italian dressing and garnished with fresh parmesan cheese.

Chilled Prosciutto Roll ups
Thin sliced prosciutto rolled up with cream cheese, artichokes, red onions, and fresh basil.

Baked Parmesan Popcorn Shrimp
Shrimp coated with an egg mixture then tossed with a parmesan panko blend. Served with our  tangy pow-pow dipping sauce.

Smoked Buffalo Wings
Smoked wings tossed in your choice of sauce( Buffalo, Sweet BBQ, or Thai-Chili) served with carrots and celery. Choose from either Ranch or Bleu Cheese for dipping.

Bacon-Wrapped Scallops
Grilled Bacon-Wrapped scallops with a side of spicy-cilantro Aioli (Aioli=mayonnaise, chili paste, lime juice, cilantro)

Smoked Tuna Dip
Fresh-smoked tuna in a mayo dressing. Served with pita chips and veggies.

Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Creamy mixture of spinach and artichoke topped with parmesan and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with tortilla chips and homemade salsa.

Crab Dip with Wonton Chips
A Crab casserole with  real crab meat, mixed  with a variety of cheeses, garlic, soy sauce, worcestershire, green onions,  and sour cream. Served with fresh-cut fried won ton chips.

Prime Rib with Au Jus Gravy Sauce
Our homemade seasoned slow cooked certified black Angus beef, served with mushrooms and onions. Served with Au Jus gravy on the side.

Pecan-Crusted Grouper with Remoulade Sauce
Grouper fillets dredged in a pecan encrusted blend and  breadcrumbs, Then, pan fried to perfection. Served with remoulade sauce

Grilled Steak Kabobs and Veggies
Grilled Angus steak on Kabobs with red peppers, onions, grilled potatoes, squash,  and zucchini. Marinated in a steak marinade and served over a bed of rice.

Grilled Chicken and Pineapple Kabobs
Grilled chicken kabobs with onions, mushrooms, pineapples, green peppers and coated in a Honey-Soy marinade. Served over a bed of rice.

Roasted Turkey
Slow-cooked and oven roasted. Thinly sliced turkey served with your choice of Country-Style or brown gravy.

Honey Baked Ham
Slow- baked thinly sliced Maple-Honey Ham served with an Oriental seasoning then laid over a bed of rice.

Chicken Teriyaki
Marinated chicken breasts with sliced onions and tri-colored peppers. Served with a zingy oriental seasoning then laid over a bed of rice.

Beef Stir Fry
Marinated beef tips and stir fried vegetables with a zingy oriental seasoning. Served on a bed of rice.

Bayou Chicken
Fried chicken strips spread over a bed of garlic infused mashed potatoes and topped with a jalapeno white bayou sauce. Finished with melted cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on top.

Mardi Gras Pasta
Shrimp, Chicken, and Andouille sausage tossed in a Cajun Jambalaya sauce with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Then served over penne pasta.

Pasta Primavera
Fresh sliced and chopped vegetables served with your choice of either a creamy homemade alfredo sauce or marinara sauce. Topped with Monterey Jack cheese.
